THE CONCEPT

The basic concept of PAULETTE'S KITCHEN GARDEN is to create an almost self reliant sustainable garden. Starting with the existing plants, propagate them into small scale commercial ornamental plant, herb and vegetable organic farm.

Landscape the area and rearrange the plants to accommodate a small semi-private open restaurant without affecting the ecology of the garden/farm.

The restaurant will be serving grilled/roasted, smoked meats and fish. Traditional authentic Bicolano home cooking not by a chef but an authentic bicolano. When available it will also serve exotic dishes like crocodile meat, frog, rabbit meat,and much more.

A farm will not be a farm without livestock so the place would have some chickens, rabbit and quail. It will also grow tilapia and hito.
